Let me start this review w/ the disclosure that I'm a long time student of the author and a friend of some of the models. Yet I feel comfortable in recommending this book. It was not intended for deep philosophical thought. It was intended as an alignment aid for yoga teachers and yoga beginners. It's what it delivers.
This book adds to my yoga library.
